Below are some frequently asked questions and answers regarding the ordering process using the Dawn M. Wayand Arts website:
How do I place an order on the website?
- Visit art.dawnmwayand.com. You can browse artworks by subject from the Homepage or go to the Gallery Shop menu and browse all artworks in order from the latest artwork going back to the earliest artwork.
- Click on the artwork to see the artwork’s complete detail page.
- Once you’ve found an artwork you like, add it to your cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button.
- You can view your cart anytime after you’re done adding products by going to the “Cart” link on the top menu.
- Once on your Cart page, if you have a coupon code, you will add your coupon code at this time in the Coupon Code box and select the Apply Coupon button.
- When ready to checkout, select the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page.
- On the next page, enter your billing and shipping address details on this page.
- If you wish to subscribe to my monthly newsletter, check the “Subscribe to Dawn’s Monthly Newsletter” box at the bottom of the page and then select the Proceed to Paypal button.
- You will then be taken to the PayPal portal where you will be able to enter in your payment information whether it’s your Paypal login information or your credit card details. You do not need to have a current PayPal account to pay by credit card.
- After you have paid by PayPal, you will be redirected back to the website to an order confirmation page and will be emailed an order confirmation once we have received your order.
Can I negotiate the price of an artwork?
Dawn is open to fair price negotiation on her artwork. Please keep in mind when emailing her with an offer that not only do the materials used in the artwork incur cost to the artist and that the artist incurs much time to create the piece, but that the artwork is an original work of the artist’s imagination created from her exceptional artistic talent and creativity.
To submit an offer on an artwork, please email Dawn at: art@dawnmwayand.com with the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Phone Number
- Your Email Address
- Title of the Artwork
- Your Offer Amount in USD
Dawn will consider your offer and respond to you by email within three (3) business days.
If your offer is accepted, you will receive an invoice by PayPal for payment for the artwork at the offer price.
You may receive a counteroffer by email, for which you can either, accept, counteroffer, or decline the offer by email.
If your offer is rejected, you will receive an email with the offer rejection. To make another offer, you will need to submit a new offer using the same steps above.
Can I receive a discount if I buy multiple artworks?
Absolutely! Please contact Dawn at art@dawnmwayand.com for a coupon code to use at checkout to purchase multiple artworks.
