Below are just a few questions and answers regarding payments using the Dawn M. Wayand Arts website to order artwork:

 

What payment methods are accepted?

Dawn M. Wayand Arts accepts PayPal. However, you can pay by a credit card such as a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover through the PayPal processor, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

 

I have a discount/promo code. Why isn’t it working?

If your discount/promo code is not working, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • It was entered incorrectly.
  • It is expired.
  • It is not valid for the product for which you are trying to apply it to.
  • It does not meet the requirements of the discount/promo code offer.

If you still feel like the discount/promo code should work and be applied to your cart, please contact us at art@dawnmwayand.com with the following information for review:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Artwork Titles you are trying to purchase
  • Discount/Promo Code you are trying to use

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a response and/or solution to get you on your way with your purchase.

 

I’m buying a gift. Will the purchase price appear on the invoice shipped with my order?

The invoice is only supplied at checkout. Only a packaging slip is provided with the artwork, which does not include the artwork cost, just the order number, which can be used by the Company to look up all information regarding the order.

 

Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, we do not receive any information regarding the declined transaction.

A credit card could be declined for any number of reasons:

  1. You entered the wrong card number.
  2. You entered the wrong billing address.
  3. You entered the wrong CVV number (i.e. the number on the back of the card).
  4. You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card (e.g. $1,000 per day).

If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. If your card is declined the second time, make sure that you are not over your daily spending limit.
