The first painting in the artist’s “dancer” series, The 100th Dancer was named so to commemorate her 100th painting since she began painting professionally in 2007. Its texture-rich appearance of the skirt and crown includes fun red and white (skirt) and gold and purple (crown) rhinestone embellishments affixed onto the canvas to give the painting a magical sparkle.
