Below are some frequently asked questions and answers regarding shipping when you purchase artwork from the Dawn M. Wayand Arts website:

 

What is the shipping cost for artwork?

Shipping to the fifty (50) states within the United States of America is free. Any territories of the United States of America or any countries outside the United States of America must contact the artist at art@dawnmwayand.com to arrange for purchases of art as you will incur shipping charges.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Dawn M. Wayand Arts ships mostly to the United States but can ship to other countries. You must contact the artist at art@dawnmwayand.com to arrange for purchases if you are shipping to a country other than the United States of America as you will incur shipping charges.

 

When will my artwork ship?

Your artwork typically will ship within five (5) business days after an order is placed on our website.  

 

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Yes. Always. Due to the irreplaceable nature of the artwork, all shipments are insured in case of damage during shipment.

 

Who pays duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in your order total and is paid by the art buyer. 

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No. You may not ship to a post office box. Only valid street addresses are permissible for shipping artwork from Dawn M. Wayand Arts and an adult signature is required for delivery.

 

How are artworks packaged for shipping?

How do I track my order?

Once your artwork is shipped, the Company will send you an email with your artwork shipment’s carrier name and its tracking number.

 

What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?

Your artwork may or may not be badly damaged during shipment. Please contact the Us at +1 (347) 598-0972 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST seven days a week AND email us at art@dawnmwayand.com with the following information regarding your order so we can access how to handle your particular situation:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • The title(s) of the Artwork(s) purchased
  • Description of the damage to the artwork
  • Photos of the damage to the artwork

If your artwork is badly damaged during shipment, please see our Return and Refund Policy regarding returning the artwork for a refund.
